Temporarily turn off our smarter underlining since it relies on access to the
string, and TextSlave doesn't have that any more.
(RenderText::nodeAtPoint): Get rid of a workaround we don't need any more for
a bug that was fixed by KDE folks.

QDesktopWidget.
