        WebKit2 build exceeds address space on 32-bit Windows builders
        https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41270

        Add all-in-one file for render-related SVG files.
        Clean up other all-in-one files by adding missing files, excluding matching files from the vcproj.
        Reduces release WebCore.lib size by 10% (160MB).
