[GTK] Minor web editor fixes

* UIProcess/gtk/KeyBindingTranslator.cpp: Remove
"MoveParagraphForward/Backward" as these commands do not exist in
WebKit (anymore?).
* WebProcess/WebCoreSupport/gtk/WebEditorClientGtk.cpp:
(WebKit::WebEditorClient::executePendingEditorCommands):
Editor::Command can take a String, no need to convert to a C char.
