* DumpRenderTree/gtk/DumpRenderTree.cpp:
(webViewWindowObjectCleared): Inject the new internals object when the
window object clears.
* GNUmakefile.am: Add new source files and includes necessary for window.internals.
Also do a little bit of cleanup.
