IndexedDB: Add webkitErrorMessage to IDBTransaction

Source/WebCore:
Don't drop error messages on the floor.
Expose an error message on IDBTransaction to give developers more
information than the opaque error code currently available. This is
exactly what is done in IDBRequest.
