Variation fonts don't affect glyph advances

Source/WebCore:

Work around known bug <rdar://problem/28662086>. For variation fonts,
CTFontGetAdvancesForGlyphs() gives correct answers but
CTFontGetUnsummedAdvancesForGlyphsAndStyle() doesn't.
